Warning for JungSon Customers

Recently we found several discount online websites.

These websites are selling JungSon products that are designed and should only be sold in mainland China to overseas customers. These products may not match the local voltage / safety requirements of foreign countries. They were sold without English or other foreign language manuals causing enormous difficulties for overseas users. Worst of all, some of the websites selling second-hand, repaired units, and models are often of dubious origin. We would like to declare that JungSon never authorised any discount online websites or auction sites offering our products to overseas customers.

By buying a JungSon product from an unauthorized retailer, mail-order outlet or Internet sites, you will void your warranty. JungSon will not service or provide support for any units of these origins.

JungSon is sold only through reputable dealers with the product knowledge and back-up service. Safeguard your warranty and peace of mind and buy only from an authorized JungSon dealer in your country.

By buying JungSon hi-fi and AV products only in your country you will be guaranteed your purchased products that meet the local safety standards and have service backup.
